HIV Testing

We recognise that HIV incidence is the key measure for understanding the current state of the epidemic. We also recognise that by improving data collected through HIV testing platforms in clinic, outreach, community, and home settings we can gain better estimates of HIV incidence at an improved geographic and sub-population granularity.
